Terms of Service

By creating an account, drawing a reading, or subscribing to AITarotReading.ai ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

AITarotReading.ai provides AI-generated tarot card interpretations for personal reflection. Readings are produced by large language models (currently Claude by Anthropic and GPT-5.5 by OpenAI) given a randomly drawn spread from a digital Rider-Waite-Smith deck.

For reflection, not prophecy. Readings are an entertainment and self-reflection product. They are not, and must not be relied upon as, medical, legal, financial, psychological, or any other form of professional advice. We make no claim that readings predict the future or describe objective reality.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this age requirement.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity under your account. Notify us promptly athello@aitarotreading.aiif you suspect unauthorised access.

Paid plans are recurring subscriptions billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You can cancel any time from your account's Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until that date. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods.

Pricing may change with at least 30 days' notice via email. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates law
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract the Service
• Submit content intended to harm, defraud, or impersonate others
• Resell or redistribute readings as a commercial tarot reading service of your own

Readings are generated by AI systems and may contain inaccuracies, hallucinations, or interpretations that do not apply to your situation. We do not guarantee the truth, accuracy, or usefulness of any reading. Use your own judgement.

The Rider-Waite-Smith deck artwork is in the public domain. The site design, brand, prompts, and software are owned by us. Your readings and the questions you submit belong to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AITarotReading.ai is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account page.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email and on this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of the Service. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
